Trying to save an extra little bit more? Then these share houses could be for you!!

If you are staying more than one month, then the first full month’s rent on any of the rooms below is only 10,000yen! (quite a bit of a saving!) To be eligible for our special price, your move in date must be in May 2020!

As an extra bonus, our standard contract fee of 22,000yen will also be waived!!

*on top of 10,000yen, the utilities fee of 12,000yen will be charged.

So to sum things up, if you are moving in to one of our campaign sharehouses from May 1st, the total fee is only 22,000yen!

Likewise, if you move in on May 15th (pro rata rate for 17days), the total fee is only 12,064yen! (cheaper than a night out in Shinjuku!)

How to apply

Have a look at any of the properties below and arrange a viewing! We can show you around most days between 11am and 6pm!
Arrange your move in date (must be in May 2020), confirm that you will be staying for 3 months or more, and the discount price will automatically applied!
