If you are staying more than one month, then the first full month’s rent on any of the rooms below is only 10,000yen! (quite a bit of a saving!) To be eligible for our special price, your move in date must be in June 2020!

*on top of 10,000yen, the utilities fee of 12,000yen (plus contract fee of 22,000yen) will be charged.

So to sum things up, if you are moving in to one of our campaign sharehouses from June 1st, the total fee is only 44,000yen!

Likewise, if you move in on June 15th (pro rata rate for 16days), the total fee is only 33,733yen!

Have a look at any of the properties below and arrange a viewing! We can show you around most days between 11am and 6pm!
Arrange your move in date (must be in June 2020), confirm that you will be staying for 1 month or more, and the discount price will automatically applied!
